Backed by sound infrastructure, we have been able to fabricate wide range of qualitative industrial process equipment that is used in various industries. Welders recruited by us for welding process are qualified as per ASME Section IX and are well versed with various welding processes like GTAW (TIG) and SMAW. Our manufactured industrial process equipment undergoes various rigorous tests like in-house liquid penetrate test, radiography/ultrasonic testing (from sub-contractors) and several others that make them highly appreciated in industry. We invest substantial portion of our profit in expanding network distribution. We have established a branch office in Nashik from where we conduct our business activities. For the convenience of our clients, we accept payments in various modes like cash, letter of credit, demand draft and several others.

Warehousing & Packaging

We have capacious warehouse where the raw material and manufactured industrial process equipment are stored safely in bulk amount. Our warehouse is segregated into different sections to store different equipment in different section that ease the delivery process and minimizes loss of inventory. Our warehouse is equipped with cranes and forklifts that facilitate in easy movement of heavy equipment.Our packaging professional uses sturdy wooden boxes to pack the manufactured products that in turn assure safe and easy shipment. As per clients requirements we also offer customized packaging. The packed boxes are properly labeled by specifying the name of products and special details that ensure expedite delivery process.We have tie-ups with trusted C&F agent who ensures that our manufactured products reach safely within scheduled time.

Welding Parameters

We regularly refer to WPS and PQR related to the type of job so as to ascertain proper use of welding parameters and compatible electrodes/ filler wires. Welding procedure is periodically examined either spot or full depending on the design data through radiography. Welders used on job are qualified as per ASME Section IX and are well versed with welding processes like GTAW (TIG) and SMAW.Various quality measures undertaken by quality inspectors during welding process comprises of:

Butt welds welded by SMAW are subjected to backside welding after back chipping and LP testing the weld from root side
Root runs of SS butt welds welded by GTAW are given inert gas (nitrogen) purging is from backside to avoid oxidation
Run-on, Run-off tabs are fitted before long seam welding
Inter pass cleaning is conducted by removing slag by chipping and cleaning with wire brush
Inter pass temperature of stainless steel (max.) is 150 degree Celsius and of carbon steel is 250 degree Celsius

We conduct stage wise inspection after fit up, after root run and after complete welding to offer qualitative products. Quality Assurance

Quality being our forte, we conduct regular inspection at various stage of production right from the procurement of raw material to the final shipment of manufactured products. Various steps of quality control measures undertaken at our in-house testing laboratory comprises of:

Inspection of raw material:
The procured raw material are inspected visually and checked for heat number and various quality parameters which is compared with test certificates provided by vendors. in the absence of test certificates, raw material are subjected to various tests like physical, chemical, ultrasonic and inter granular corrosion tests.

Formation and set-up inspection:
After the preliminary testing of raw material, they are provided with identification numbers and subjected to production process like marking and cutting. Various formation and set up inspection procedure comprises of:

Dimensional tests for parts like the dished ends and NDT test such as dye penetrant test
Radiography of weld seams is done after formation
Parts like shells are checked for profile quality and circularity
All set-ups and chip backs are inspected
Tube sheet drilling checked with tube holes using ‘Go’ , ‘No-go’ Gauges

All machined components are examined visually and dimensionally before processing them further.
